Who we are

This website is run by Johnny Anderson, trading as Frequency Lab Records (F-L-R), based in Aberdeen, Scotland. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email frequencylabrecords@gmail.com.

What information we collect

Contact form and emails. If you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address and anything you include in your message.

Cookies. The site uses a small number of cookies to make it work and, only if you agree via the cookie banner, to understand how the site is used. You can change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie icon on the site.

Embedded content. Some pages include embedded videos from YouTube. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may still collect data if you play a video. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

How we use your information

We only use your information to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to arrange and deliver sessions or services. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, or taking steps to enter into an agreement with you at your request.

Who we share it with

We don’t share your information with anyone else, except the service providers that keep the site and email running (our website host and email provider), who process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and form messages for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, and delete them within two years unless we are working together.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just email us at the address above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
