Therapeutic Sound

Therapeutic Sound

F-L-R offers therapeutic sound sessions designed to support emotional regulation, nervous system calming and overall wellbeing.

These sessions use sound, frequency, rhythm and listening practices to create deeply grounding, immersive experiences. They are non-clinical and accessible, supporting individuals to down-regulate, reconnect and find moments of stillness in busy or overwhelming lives.

Therapeutic sound work may include sound baths, frequency-based listening, ambient soundscapes, gentle rhythm work and guided relaxation practices.

Digital Sound & Frequency Work

Alongside acoustic and live elements, F-L-R creates bespoke soundscapes using digital synthesis, sequencing and sound design techniques.

These soundscapes are carefully constructed to explore specific frequencies, tones and rhythmic patterns, depending on the needs of the session. Digital synthesis allows for precise control over pitch, texture and movement, enabling sessions to be tailored toward calming, grounding, focus or emotional release.

Sequencers and evolving sound layers are used to create slow, immersive environments that support regulation without overstimulation, allowing participants to engage through listening rather than performance.

Sessions are particularly supportive for adults with additional needs, individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress or burnout.    All sessions are facilitated with care, sensitivity and respect for individual boundaries, creating safe spaces where participants can engage at their own pace.
